What's all that yelling about, True Believers? Well, Marvel just took home several SCREAM Awards! Hosted by Spike TV and airing last night, many of Marvel’s biggest stars were featured throughout.

The Best Super Hero Award went to Chris Evans for his role as Captain America in this past summer’s blockbuster hit, "Captain America: The First Avenger." Of course, we'll all see Evans as Cap again in 2012 when "Marvel’s The Avengers" hits theaters May 4.

In the comic book section, Marvel’s Ed Brubaker took home the Best Comic Book Writer Award for his work on some of the best titles from this past year including CAPTAIN AMERICA, CAPTAIN AMERICA: REBORN, THE MARVELS PROJECT and STEVE ROGERS: SUPER SOLDIER. The Best Comic Book Artist award went to John Romita, Jr. for his work on THE AVENGERS comic book.

Other Marvel moments included "X-Men: First Class" taking home two awards; Best Fantasy Movie and Best Cameo, which went to Hugh Jackman for his brief but super memorable turn as Wolverine. Nicolas Cage came riding out on his new "Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance" motorcycle to accept his Maverick Award. Following Cage's award presentation, fans were treated to exclusive "Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance" footage--the movie roars into theaters February 17, 2012!

Also, our very own Iron Man, Robert Downey Jr., was honored with the Hero Award!

Congrats to all of Marvel’s winners at this year’s SCREAM Awards!
