mdloos36 - "...casting Chris Evans as Cap, kills any chance for team ups or the like without totally recreating the Fantastic Four."You do the 2013 Fantastic Four movie release is a reboot of the movie franchise, right? All new cast and starting over. This is the reason Marvel was OK with casting Evans in the first place for Cap. So this doesn't change any plans they have had since planning the Captain America movie and beyond.

Y'know technically, he's not the first Avenger. But I still can't wait.

I totally agree with ero_masik1 on this, casting Chris Evans as Cap, kills any chance for team ups or the like without totally recreating the Fantastic Four. Evans was a fantastic "Johnny Storm" aka "Human Torch" and I am not knocking his chance to have his own movie as "the" title character, but this really does wrench it for other possibilities.

Well he sucked as Johnny Storm, so maybe he will make up for it as the Cap
