      The 2003 Hulk film is not set in the MCU. The Incredible Hulk is a reboot, hence the flashback sequence.

      I vote against using cardboard disc sleeves for each of the blu-ray discs. The artwork is cool but cardboard is not durable and even blu-ray discs will get scratched in cardboard sleeves.
