Excellent, ACDC it's cool, but what happen with Ozzy's theme?. Marvel didn't negotiate so that ACDC could make a cover of Iron Man's theme?, they should do it, or maybe invite Ozzy for a special edition with ACDC?, What were Marvel's comments regardin' this matter?
Well I really hope the soundtrack isn't JUST AC/DC music. I like AC/DC too, but I do hope for more of Ramin Djawdi's work in the soundtrack as well. I still listen to the IM1 soundtrack on a nearly daily basis. "Driving With the Top Down" and "Merchant of Death" are as close to perfect as a song can get. Oh and... Oh and... Tony Stark DID drive an INDY car in the comics. In the movie he's driving a Formula 1 (F1) race car - which is sort of the rich man's IndyCar - sponsors like Audi, Ferrari and Lotus are the norm... not GoDaddy. But in the comics, it was how he met Happy Hogan. He crashed his Indy car and Happy saved his life in the burning wreckage.Has anyone been able to confirm if Ramin is back for IM:2? I hope so, his score was what really made the first Iron Man kickawesome. But think back to the first movie, they used Back In Black during the opening scene and during the trailer so technically this isn't the first time they've used AC/DC like this. Now if they use say... a few AC/DC songs in the film and it makes sense, that's not bad. Like the Stark Expo scene, Shoot to Thrill works perfectly. I always thought StT was a great promo music song for a tech company. Shocked that Apple or Microsoft or Sony didn't license it for a new product launch before! LOLBut if they make it like Daredevil where most of the music is repurposed rock songs. I used to joke that Evanesence's Fallen album was the Daredevil soundtrack. (okay there were other songs too but still!) But Iron Man 1 set the standard to me, that a good rock orchestra just plain WORKS for a movie like Iron Man. Tony Stark and Iron Man have always been about slick, cool, rocking "heavy metal".

So Iron Man 2 is going to be used as an AC/DC music video? I'm a little concerned that a few too many liberties are being taken with the Iron Man franchise. The new whiplash is a little strange but in a good way. I'm not too sure about the reasoning behind Tony Stark driving a race car. Seems like kind of a cheap thrill to me. The new whiplash is a little strange but in a good way. I'm not too sure about the reasoning behind Tony Stark driving a race car. Seems like kind of a cheap thrill to me. Now adding only AC/DC music as a promotional trick is a little troubling. Part of what I liked about the last movie was that there was a very good score interspersed with various rock music. I think that hearing music from the same band repeated constantly will take attention away from the movie as opposed to enhancing it. Oh well. I'm just happy to see more Iron Man.

Why the heck do they do this?I think AC/DC is a great band, but there's nothing worse for a film than putting promo-music to it.Well, this might be a nice combination, so it's not too bad.At least it's a nice videoclip-slash-trailer kinda thing, but to create a collection-album for a film with the songs having nothing to do with it but a slightly fitting theme and sound is kinda nonsense. Why ...
