The nominees have been announced for the 2007 Harvey Awards and Marvel has been named in eight categories. Civil War leads the march with two nominations and many of Marvel's megastars including Ed Brubaker and John Cassaday walked away with nominations. Congratulations to all of the nominees. The winners will be announced September 8 at the Baltimore Comic-Con. The Harvey Awards are named in honor of the late cartoonist and editor Harvey Kurtzman, with the winners chosen by fellow creators.
