To the "true believers" Marvel UK made its bank on Alan Moore. Have you ever read the Moore/Davis run on Captain Britain? It is the only time the character had any meat to him at all. Should Marvel characters rain bloody parts down on London? I don't know, but did you read that horrible story called Ultimatum?? The death of the Blob, the Wasp, Daredevil and everyone else? That was less gory ...

I guess I am one of the few people who thinks that maybe children shouldn't see there favorite superhero getting molested and then ripping peoples body parts off and making the sky "rain" with them. But lets put that aside, Marvel/Disney owns the character now let them do whatever they want to with him. If you don't like it deal with it! Now go read v for vendetta and leave the true believers ...

It's true what people say about Marvel Zombies. No wonder you people want to eat someone's brains. You certainly don't have any of your own. I personally will ignore and even urge other fans boycott any garbage that does not include the Moore and Gaiman work in the history of the character. There are many other fans who feel the same way I do.

That "creepy disturbing stuff from Moore" was some of the best stuff ever written in comics. The Moore run MADE the character. Great writing. Not "good" GREAT. 99.999 percent of comic writers today will never, EVER hold a candle to the worst stuff Moore has written. "Miracleman" is some of the BEST.

Was the Sentry really Marvel Man? The Sentry was very similar to Alan Moore's Marvel Man. Since the Miracle Man stuff is stuck forever in courtroom limbo making--The Sentry turning out to be Marvel Man would give Marvel a modern take on Marvel Man without all the creepy disturbing stuff from Moore.I know the Sentry died but he was omnipotent so he only thinks he's dead.Anyway just a thought.
