I've seen JRJR's work grow over the years and it's always engaging. The difference between good art and great art is that good art is just that... good. While great art tells a story. Even without word balloons JRJR's art tells a compelling story.Foster for Frost Giant and Van Dyne for Valkyrie in 2010!

That storyline is amazing and the art is beautiful. I really hope JRJR gets to draw Anti-Venom again. Hmmm, maybe in "The Avengers." Haha, that would be awesome! JRJR's Spider-man is soo good, and I'm glad to see that his Spider-man looks awesome in that preview page.

I'm not really interested in another Avengers reboot primarily because of Bendis involvement. Some of his stories have been entertaining but the big ones (Secret Invasion, Civil War) just wind up as one big confusing battle. I give him point for juggling so many characters but in the end they all kind of sounding the same. Also, I would really like to see Wolverine and Spider-Man out of the ...

Also, I would really like to see Wolverine and Spider-Man out of the Avengers. Both characters already appear in so many other comics that their appearances in Avengers don't make much sense in continuity, esp. Wolverine. I'm not a continuity addict but Logan is clearly over exposed. In addition to The Avengers? Wow. Secret Avengers, New Avengers Vol. 2, Solo Avengers, etc. *Yawn* The Initiative and Mighty Avengers were both generally lame comics bogged down by cross-overs and I expect that with Bendis at the helm these "new" titles will also suffer from over-hype and a "this changes everything" attitude. What's really going on with all these new Avengers comics? Besides the obvious publishing goals "The Avengers" will be a major motion picture in the not distant future, so expect lots and lots of Avengers, Thor, Capt. America and of course continued Iron Man merch.

I really dont like the art in this book. JRJ is one of my least favorite artists on marvels staff. If this is the relaunching of the avengers title then they did. WWH was my least favorite major event since avengers disassembled for just that reason. I am seriously questioning whether I am going to keep picking up this book if his art work continues. If find it way to distracting.
