Was excited to see this! Totally reminds me of the Star Masters, except without Morfex or Xenith, though Gladiator is there! Shame they raped Xenith's character development with "War of Kings" and turned her into "Strontian". Was excited to see this! Totally reminds me of the Star Masters, except without Morfex or Xenith, though Gladiator is there! Shame they raped Xenith's character development with "War of Kings" and turned her into "Strontian". As for suggestions for powerful females, you've got Stellaris, Sun Dragon, and Nova (Frankie Raye, who's back to life by then) for starters, plus I'm sure there's some strong Imperial Guards or other obscure characters.

I agree the book needs a female presence
Cover is awesome love that gladiator is there & i hope he does something great a good feat but this story is the best this year & years easy .
