Here's the synopsis of episode one:
As foretold by The Watcher, Galactus arrives at Zenn-La to consume its energy. Desperate to save his world and his family, Norrin Radd sacrifices his life and agrees to become Galactus' herald. Galactus infuses some of his cosmic power to Norrin, turning him into the Silver Surfer!

Playing fine for me over WiFi on a Netbook.
It does end on a cliffhanger, but that's only because they never finished the final episode. You can find text screenplay versions of it online to see how it finished. It's too bad, I liked the cartoon, it deserved a proper ending.
If I remember this one correctly, doesn't it end on a cliffhanger?
I like how you put whole series of all the marvel cartoons on here but I think the fans that watch them will like them more if they worked because this one doesnt and some of the x-men evolution and ff cartoons jump so they talk with out there mouths moving
