We did hear that some of the next season was being made before the cancellation and we wonder if they might be releasing it direct to dvd. Aside from such hopes we, as grateful consumers of marvel products as well as, yes, some DC (though personally I enjoy Marvel's stuff more) would like to mention that we enjoyed this show and think marvel definitely did a good job in all aspects of it; we would like to see similar quality shows in the future.For myself Personally I am hoping that shows like this being dropped and more "kiddie" (sorry folks) shows continuing or starting, is not a trend, but just the way it is now. AlannasPryde: no I'm not so surprised either, especially in recent years many shows in all strata of american entertainment have been getting axed quite rapidly. On a related anime note I was happy to see all of FMA: Brotherhood [subbed] (another surprisingly long running show) up on hulu.

I like that better because you don't have the often changing of voices that you get here in America (I HATE that), it is rare for it to run longer like it does in Dragon Ball or Sailor Moon, but we don't have as dedicated voice actors here as ...

@Zekk_Jedi and @lasereye21 It doesn't surprise me to much. I watch a lot of Japanese anime and USUALLY their series run between 26-52 or 54 episodes. I like that better because you don't have the often changing of voices that you get here in America (I HATE that), it is rare for it to run longer like it does in Dragon Ball or Sailor Moon, but we don't have as dedicated voice actors here as they do in Japan. In Japan if it does run longer you have the same voice through out the series. I've notice here if it runs longer than a season or two the voice actors change. So running between 26 and 52 or 24 episodes is preferable.

And unless you can match or beat what Marvel does on a daily basis - you know, by starting up your very own comic book conglomerate - you really don't have any business in telling them what they do or do not "owe you." If you buy their titles and watch their shows, you're doing what you want to do, doing something that entertains you. You are, by no means, putting down payments on future projects that you alone might enjoy. But hey, stranger things have happened. When you're both filthy rich and running your own comic businesses, I'll come to your sites and whine and moan and cry that your companies aren't doing little things the way that I would like them to be done. Just a little something to look forward to :)

I agree completely lasereye21, it's also irritatingly suspicious that the vague 'financial/legal reasons' for this show's cancellation came right after disney started running things
