For years we, your loyal readers, have purchased your books - making this series one of the top selling series for Marvel. Yet Marvel continues to exploit its fanbase. Extensive cross overs to every concievable title and minor issue - all the while lacking much of the continuity for any one series. DC needed a Crisis event to clean house. Marvel by its continuos renumbering and in this case ending a long superior run for the xmen title. Learn from your mistakes FF, Spiderman, Captain America - all renumbered and in the confusion lost long time readers. Do any of your renumbering schemes so a profit. They all end and renumber again to draw back readers..... Can someone tell me why ruining a series is considered good?

Been collection X-titles for over 17 years now, what you are doing is going to confuse current and new collectors alike. Please stop harming comic book fans with your bizarre marketing ploys. Someone has created an online petition to stop this nonsense, google it and sign it.
