Writer Jeff Parker and artist Patrick Zircher kick off “Hulk of Arabia” in October’s HULK #42, a new story arc that sees Red Hulk heading to the Middle East to seek retribution for a fallen friend; guest starring the Secret Avengers and introducing Sultan Magnus.
