The Vision might be one of the more emotionally complex Avengers around, but he likes to keep it relatively simple when it comes to costumes.
Ultron, who considered Hank Pym his father and Janet Van Dyne his mother, created the synthezoid to defeat Earth's Mightiest Heroes using the deceased Wonder Man's brainwave patterns. Vision eventually fell in love with Scarlet Witch, had a pair of mystical children, got blown up and put back together a number of times with various personality inputs. With each rebuild, Vision got at least a slight change to his visuals, only venturing into drastically different territory once. What can we say, he knows what he likes and he sticks with it!

Technically speaking, an aspect of The Vision first made his appearance in 1939's MARVEL COMICS #1. See, for a while, the Avengers thought that Ultron created Vision directly from the body of the original Human Torch, an android himself. However, it turned out that Immortus actually split The Human Torch into two separate beings, one of which can still be seen kicking around as the Torch, the other as The Vision. While no longer on fire, Vision still retains that blank, robotic look that his predecessor perfected.

The Classic Look
While many of his fellow Avengers can't seem to decide on a specific look to stick to, Vision has remained almost completely the same since his first appearance as a bad guy back in 1968's AVENGERS #57. Co-created by artist John Buscema, the robot sported a mostly green body accented by yellow boots, gloves, briefs, cape, diamond symbol and a red mask that have been his signifiers for most of his decades-long existence.

White Out
While palling around with the West Coast Avengers, the Vision went through his very first costume change after 21 years thanks to some government agents being controlled by Immortus in WEST COAST AVENGERS #45. They captured Vision and took him apart, but the team got their pal back so Hank Pym could put him together, albeit with a head-to-toe all-white look. This change not only manifested physically, but in personality as well, when Wonder Man refused to lend his brainwaves this time. Vision stuck with this look after returning to the regular Avengers team until getting another reboot in the mid-90’s.

90’s Design
Much like his original design, Vision's 90s costume started off as the result of villainous intervention. In 1993's AVENGERS #360, the Gatherers captured Vision and switched his consciousness with one from an alternate dimension. This alternate version looked very similar to the original, but with a larger yellow area coving his torso and arms. The diamond emblem also changed from yellow to red. The true Vision eventually took over this new body and went on fighting bad guys.

Young Avengers Vision
After the Avengers found themselves disassembled, the mysterious Iron Lad utilized Vision's programming to contact the descendants of previous members to form a brand new team known as the Young Avengers. Iron Lad's true identity proved to be a younger version of Kang the Conqueror. When Iron Lad returned to his own timeline to preserve reality, he left his armor and parts of his personality to give the Vision programs a place to live. This new version of Vision continues to kick butt both alongside the Young, Mighty and regular Avengers.

Marvel you do not use the Vision in the right way. For example you had torn up by She Hulk twice, when he can just simply go intangible and he has a brain that can think 1,000,000 times faster then a human so he would have thought that she might have tried to rip him apart do to her out control anger & tried talking to while intangible. He should also be able to program any martial Arts fighting styles pressure points any number of specialized doctors Degrees & be the groups leading knowledge expert as well as tactician. This was before he remade out 30,000 yr more advance Kang battle suit that can change shape & change color. you do not need hollow emitters to look like something else, because he now can simulate abilities, like a T 1,000 even though he probably has the emitters for other uses. As for power the Vision killed Iron Man with one blast in the Young Avengers before young Kang aka, Iron Lad. You have never shown just how powerful that suit is but my guess is he is only second in power to Thor, Which the Vision could beat due what I just said above. Why because he is so much more versatile then Thor, Iron Man, & the She Hulk. Iron man he could easily beat by fazing through or transmitting a 30,000 more advance Virus that shorts out Tony Stark Armor out. She Hulk he would just simply faze through leaving behind some nanobots that take out the Gamma radiation in her cells reverting her temporarily back to human, Thor well just use your imagination. Wait I for got every Avengers writer does not have sense Steve Englehart, & Roy Thomas left the writing of the Avengers to others I here by throw the Gauntlet & challenge you at Marvel to do better by the vision.

I think the young Avengers look is best it gets rid of the stupid guttural & yellow boxing shorts.
The classic look is the best one!!!!My second choice is the young Avenger look...
