Cape Chaser: The Order Does L.A.

Untitled Image
By Eric Drumm Cape Chaser: the best and only spot online to find the all the dirt on your favorite super heroes! With more spies than Nick Fury, we get the skinny on all the super-gossip, from the chic to the craptacular! The most snarktastic super hero gossip blog on the Internetz had its spies combing all of the greater Los Angeles area to catch a glimpse of La-La Land's very own and very fresh super team, The Order! ITEM! Early yesterday morning our spies phoned in a report of team leader Anthem picking up an iced frappacino mocha latte at a local CoffeeBucks, but whined to the barista that she better not put any extra whipped cream on it. What a square! Trying to watch that girlish figure big boss man? We think we liked him better when he was still just Henry Hellrung, boozed out movie star! He shrugged off the photogs and drove off. Geez, that guy should take a lesson in PR from his pal Tony Stark! ITEM! Rumors have been spreading that speedster Calamity would be leaving the team any day now to take an alleged $100 million endorsement deal with Nike. The paparazzi swarmed as he left the gym over on Sunset, where he disappeared in a streak blazing down towards Beverly Hills. We hope that Registration card covers speeding! ITEM! Later in the day we got a call reporting Mulholland Black spotted at a trendy clothing store on Pico. By the time our spies got there, they caught her walking down the street all alone, looking real emo. Who wears all black in ninety degree L.A. heat? And combat boots? How frumpy! You'd think that with all that Stark money floating around these bozos, they could afford a decent stylist. This girl looks like she threw on an Avril Levigne Halloween costume. Ugh! More to come soon! Keep those tips rolling in and remember: no hero should be safe! For more, read THE ORDER #5 by Matt Fraction and guest artist Khari Evans, on sale December 5.
