Throughout his existence, Thanos has played the villain, the hero and all parts in between. Brevoort believes his towering sense of stature combined with this ambiguity makes him an ideal challenge for the most prominent heroes in the Marvel Universe.
“He’s a villain of such power and stature that he can give the Avengers a fight all by himself,” he notes. “There’s no such thing as a small Thanos story—he operates on an intergalactic scale. Im a massive Marvel fan and love this new avengers title as friends of mine have grabbed it after seeing the film but please marvel, only last year did you trap Thanos in another dimention with Star Lord and Nova never to return but i see now 2 of which (Nova and Thanos) have no returned against the odds! Please try to have some realism and continuity in the stories its heartbreaking!
The series really looks good... the best issue was #3 after a meh #2 and a good #1
Very SAD Thanos always had a special magic about him the new crew at Marvel ruin his character like they have every book the last 10 years
I wanna see him VS X-man . i know he is dead but thats what i want
More than anything I want The Avengers to succeed enough in the box office that Marvel can get the rights to use Spider-Man and Wolverine in Avengers 2. I WANT THAT SO BAD!!!
