A malfunction, believed to be precipitated by the Pulse, caused S.H.I.E.L.D.'S containment facility, known as the Vault, to break down. The town of Stubblefield, Colorado is devastated by attacks of Vault escapees. S.H.I.E.L.D. is requesting support for relief to the surrounding areas.
