In “Cry Havok,” the new Special Operation for "Marvel: Avengers Alliance," players for the first time will be able to unlock a playable villain, the Master of Magnetism himself: Magneto! Players will now also be able to gain special collectible rewards called Lockboxes, acquired by completing missions and defeating bosses. As the ultimate reward for completing the Special Operation, players win the brother of Cyclops: Havok!
S.H.I.E.L.D. agents that earn a Lockbox can open a single one for a Common or possible Rare item. However, patient players who collect and open 10 Lockboxes at once are guaranteed the Rare item of a collectible classic Marvel comic book cover. Players who gather all 8 of these story snippets can turn them in for the playable Magneto!
Players will have to use all their power and skill to fight through evil minions, defeat the newly introduced Living Pharaoh, Living Monolith and Dragoness to recover Havok and add him to their team when they complete the new Special Operation chapter.
