Every week, we'll tap one creator to browse Marvel Digital Comics Unlimited and pick their favorite issue they've worked on from the expansive catalog. This week: BLACK PANTHER writer and President of Black Entertainment Television, Reginald Hudlin.
"One day, I got an award in the mail from an organization that promotes the awareness of drug abuse. I was happy to get the award, but didn't know why. Then I realized it was for my first [MARVEL KNIGHTS SPIDER MAN] story arc, which was about the Absorbing Man as a drug addict, and the ripple effect of that addiction. It was a really twisted story, and I was happy to have it recognized as having a positive effect."
