Banished from the stars and trapped on Earth in the aftermath of his rebellion against Galactus, the Silver Surfer believes he has found an unlikely ally when Dr. Doom, the Fantastic Four's greatest enemy, offers him sanctuary in his sovereign nation of Latveria. Little does the alien Norrin Radd suspect that Doom has not friendship on his mind, but designs on the Surfer's awe-inspiring Power Cosmic!
In order to save their cosmic compatriot, the FF must battle a Dr. Doom more powerful than ever before. Can even the Inhumans and Wyatt Wingfoot help to turn the tide?
