Things are really heating up for Spidey's latest video game adventure now that Tricia Helfer, the sultry Number Six of TV's "Battlestar Galactica," has been added to the all-star voice cast of "Spider-Man: Web of Shadows." Tricia voices Spidey's sometimes enemy/sometimes romantic interest Black Cat in the game, on sale October 21. Tricia says she was excited to tackle the multi-faceted role, because she enjoys Black Cat's personality: a mix of intelligence, strength, sex appeal, and mischief.
And remember, Tricia's a Black Cat veteran, having familiarized herself with the role while voicing Felicia Hardy in the "Spectacular Spider-Man" cartoon. Alongside Tricia in "Spider-Man: Web of Shadows" are her fellow "Spectacular" alums Daran Norris as J. Jonah Jameson and Steve Blum. While Blum voiced the Green Goblin in "Spectacular Spider-Man," he takes on the role of Wolverine in "WoS." And keep your ears peeled as Blum will also voice the Canucklehead in 2009's "Wolverine and the X-Men" animated series.
Helfer's voice may give Black Cat life, but Activision has her visual counterpart looking better than ever, as you can see in these all new screenshots from "Spider-Man: Web of Shadows." Well, heck, why not take a peek at the following video, packed with fresh footage from the game and perspective from the Black Cat herself.
Stay glued to Marvel.com for more on "Spider-Man: Web of Shadows" and be sure to pick up the game when it hits stores on October 21!
