Custom Elks Drug Awareness Program:
Marvel Entertainment, Inc, in conjunction with the Elks Drug Awareness Program and Total Recall Learning introduces the FREE educational program Hard Choices.
For the third consecutive year, the Elks National Foundation has teamed with Marvel to produce a printed and enhanced digital comic featuring Marvel super heroes and Elroy the Elk in a battle against underage drinking.
In an effort to provide students and teachers with a tool that will allow them to truly learn and become involved in the material, Marvel has partnered with Total Recall— a revolutionary interactive online knowledge acquisition tool that increases memory retention and the speed of learning!
Students are instructed to read the printed or digitally enhanced online Marvel Comic and utilize the accompanying Total Recall program. Each student is given his or her own personal access code. Teachers (and parents) are able to view the online data and follow the progress of their students.
By advancing questions in the program, students become eligible to enter into a sweepstakes where the grand prize winner is drawn into a Marvel Comic Book and becomes a hero to their homeroom by winning everyone in it a free subscription to Marvel Digital Comics and a visit from Spider-Man to their school!
