At this year's New York Comic Con, Marvel announced plans that it will be licensing its signature music and scores as well as participating in several music initiatives surrounding its upcoming releases. Marvel kicked off its foray into the music business by giving out 10,000 free download cards for fans to go online and download the all-new theme to the upcoming Iron Man: Armored Adventures animated series. The theme song to Iron Man: Armored Adventures is written & performed by the popular band Rooney courtesy of Interscope Records. Although the free download promotion is now over, you can purchase Marvel soundtracks for its theatrical, animated and Direct to DVD releases on iTunes.
