Marvel Snags Webby Nomination

Nominations for the 13th Annual Webby Awards have been announced and Marvel's Create Your Own Super Hero application has been nominated!
360i did a great job designing this application and we've had over half a million super heroes created to date! You can create your own here and also check out other Marvel super heroes that have been created here.
And in case you haven't heard, the Webby Awards is the leading international award honoring excellence on the Internet. The Webbys have been around since 1996 and are presented by The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences.
The Academy's members include musicians Beck and David Bowie, political columnist Arianna Huffington, "The Simpsons" creator Matt Groening, Virgin Atlantic Chairman and Founder Richard Branson, and The Weinstein Company Co-Founder Harvey Weinstein. Needless to say, these awards are a pretty big deal.
And let's face it, people, if there's an award Marvel—home of everyone's friendly, neighborhood Spider-Man—is destined to win, it's gotta be one called a Webby! Vote today!
