Spider-Man's abrupt disappearance mid-battle sparks the intense events of
AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #18, prompting the media and the common people to question Spider-Man's true motives. Has the web-head turned into a coward? Could this be the end of Spider-Man as we know it?
