First off Eddie Brock-Venom is not the Venom as of the CW storyline this game is based on, and hasn't been for some time, so for relevance to the Thunderbolts, obviously we would get Gargan... doesn't mean a tweak (if officially made) can't and shouldn't be released to make Anti-Venom. If they have flexibility with the code, they should be able to drop in alternates for a slew of characters and have them not just look like them but have different interactions and what's not... definitely something that would add playability for months and months (after being able to run through the entire main storyline in both tracks in under 2 weeks, without even playing non-stop).Second off, Carnage? He was all the rage back then and what's not, but has nearly zero significance nowadays, especially to the CW storyline, C-Man. And sure it's essentially an altered storyline where heroes that weren't there could get injected to vary from the actual comic event, but again, Carnage/significance/not so much. 'But again, easy enough to shrink the character model and leave all the playability of the present Venom and get him included as either an alternate costume, or DLC with a tweaked Venom a.i. engine.Either way, all this is possible the same way there was a Beta Ray Bill alt for Thor, which was just Thor with interactions disabled. Hopefully they can do the same for a slew of characters, but overlay some unique interaction triggers this time, for a few updated convos. May only be asking a little too much for additional fusions for DLC newbies with so many other characters, at least without a comprehensive expansion pack.Wasn't really fond of the Fury playable character either, but what the heck, why not? Funny how it would've probably been better (and a non issue) if they'd just left us without the ability to play the boss character. Must say, it's quite a nice nod to the Annihilation Conquest storyline (selects, transmission towers = babel spires, etc), although it would've been twice as sweet to have made this alt. time-line simply also be one where the Phalanx reached Earth. And I don't see where they're liars... they said 25 straight out characters, which there are, many of those others aren't playable, C-Man; and those that are aren't consistent across all platforms. You're calling names from MUA1, just for the record. Now, if there are others unlockable that we didn't know about, I don't mind them being 'liars'.

NICK FURY IS CRAP. IN MUA1, Fury was awesome. He seemed like the ultimate super agent like he's supposed to be. In this one, he's a hodge podge of NPC abilities, very lame.
Good strategy, give Cyclops to the version nobody plays. Newly confirmed: Punisher, Hercules, and War Machine now only playable on, you guessed it Nintendo DS!
Cyclops, Blade and Psylocke have been confirmed as playable characters for the wii version
So Rogue Gonna be in the game ? :rogue:
