I'm guessing the false Xavier is Mystique after all. It also explains some of the Dark X-Men set up (if all remains as is). The fate of Beast and the real Prof. X after Utopia gives me some thought/ideas on part of what Weapon Omega is going to be doing. The fate of Beast and the real Prof. X after Utopia gives me some thought/ideas on part of what Weapon Omega is going to be doing. This story started out even better than I would have expected and the smaller crossover format for Marvel seems to be the best thing they've got going for them. One single gripe, which will probably never be addressed, with fake-Charlie trying to sound all learned and what's not, is "chromosomal makeup" the correct term? The specifics of chromosomes usually refer to gender (23X+23Y or 23X+23X), a few other applications may come up when referencing abnormalities that may speak to aggression and deficiencies (an extra chromosome being blamed for antisocial tendencies, etc). Referring to the X gene doesn't refer to the X chromosome, although the confusion can be understood (because the gene itself may be on a specific chromosome), but should he/she/it not have said "genetic makeup" and if that is the case, would these apply:1) is there no error because the alteration of a chromosome due to the presence of the gene; therefore, 'chromosomal makeup' still applies?2) is there an error, but it is the writer's (excusable/excused) slip?3) is there an error, and it is the faux-prof's slip; therefore, it is a story element that will make someone suspicious of why Chuck, the leading expert on mutation, would make such a slip?Just curious, but if it turns out to be an error, whether addressed, ignored or missed, I have no real qualms because this story is 'crackilacking.' I must add though, if not for the established anger issues of Hellion, I'd have said the X-Men's guidance of the youngsters very much lacks if they don't know by now that the march and the proposition would only benefit from them reacting violently.
