With Scott's obsession over the missing Jean continuing to endanger the team, he decides to take Emma up on her offer to systematically remove Jean from his memories. As they delve through those memories, Scott relives both the hardships he endured as an orphaned child, and the bright moments with Jean that made the pain go away. But Scott’s memory holds some dark secrets that even he wasn’t aware of, and what he discovers in the end will change everything.
