I think me and you (apropett) are on the same page as far as the thunderbolts go. I think Thunderbolts team from issue #110 should have become the so called dark avengers but keeping the name Thunderbolts. The ellis and deodato team to me is my favorite of all time. Pure Magic. Dark Avengers was spawned from this and i sure hope when all this is over maybe we can have thunderbolts rise again ...

Dark Avengers was spawned from this and i sure hope when all this is over maybe we can have thunderbolts rise again with the right team. I really don't like the new team. Ghost is all right but the magic isn't there for me so i keep reading dark avengers to try and keep the memory alive of my favorite team the [u:247eec3a63][b:247eec3a63]Thunderbolts.[/b:247eec3a63][/u:247eec3a63]

You misunderstand. The Dark Avengers meeting their "Doom", does not mean the end of the Dark Reign. It might mean the fall of Osborn, but I fully expect the Dark Reign to continue...just possibly with Doom or the Void or somebody like that in charge somehow. The New Avengers will have to remain underground until the SHRA is repealed...and Osborn falling at the hands of Doom does not sound ...

Yeah, I hope Osborn doesn't die......he is an interesting villain.
If Osborns gonna go I don't see a point of there being Dark Avengers
So...does this mean there'll be back to two main Avengers monthly titles, or what?? Young Avengers will stay, for sure, but will there still be a point for Avengers: Initiative montly??? Or, will it be called something else??Between the new and mighty Avengers, i wonder what would be the reason to maintain both teams existing after all the smokes cleared. i mean, if the dark team's gone, then ...

So...does this mean there'll be back to two main Avengers monthly titles, or what?? Young Avengers will stay, for sure, but will there still be a point for Avengers: Initiative montly??? Or, will it be called something else??Between the new and mighty Avengers, i wonder what would be the reason to maintain both teams existing after all the smokes cleared. i mean, if the dark team's gone, then there won't be any need for Luke's team to stay underground, right?? And, the mighty, aka female Loki's team, with her most likely been discovered to be behind its formation, will the team still stay on, or will Hank try to take charge of the REAL Avengers team, which will pit him against Luke, Clint and their gang???As for David Finch...his art's fine, not exactly my cup of tea... BUT, like Howard Porter's art during Grant Morrison's JLA, his art serves its purpose. Even though, i ain't too crazy with his style, Finch's has that energy that gives Bendis' otherwise "talkie" storylines the sense of urgency and gravitas. while at it, i ain't too crazy with Bendis' style of dialogue, either, but, his storytelling always gets me intrigued, even till now. heck, it practically converted me from a jla-fan into an avenger-fan. and that says a lot. like his Power series, i like the way he make us the readers to be engaged and try to put the lil pieces together, like puzzles.personally, i haven't read the Dark Avengers series, yet, but, i didn't think it could (and should) be a permanent/long lasting monthly series. maybe they say it's a mini, from the beginning, to throw us off. so that the fans wouldn't know how long this series gonna last and end.regarding Loki, i prefer the character to stay a "she". but, i guess they're preparing her, or him, for the big screen adaptation of Thor, 2 years from now, where the on-screen LOKI will be a GUY.last, but not least, i think the pair who SHOULD play a major role in ending Norman's dark reign ought to be: Spider-Man AND Tony Stark.and, i dunno...hopefully, by the end of this chapter in the marvel universe, especially with the real Cap'n America most likely to be back, the heroes will be as one, once again. and i really wanna see the marvel's trinity (Cap, Tony & Thor) to meet up and hopefully make up. the meeting will definitely be a guarranteed major event. another big seller. after all the teasing, i think the fans deserve it. it's gonna be the BIG payoff.
