The time has come to…Hero up!

With the official world premiere of “The Super Hero Squad Show” coming this weekend to Cartoon Network (check out the schedule just below), you’ll want to prepare by immersing yourself in the world of the Super  Hero Squad!

And with the all-new official Super Hero Squad site now up and running, that’s pretty easy to do!

Here’s what you can do right now:

Then after you spend some quality time there, make sure you tune in to Cartoon Network on these dates:

  • 9/16/09 Sneak Premiere (Episodes 1 & 2) - 7AM
  • 9/18/09 Sneak Premiere (Episodes 1 & 2) - 3PM
  • 9/19/09 Premiere (Episodes 1 & 2) - 8:30AM
  • 9/26/09 - (Episode 3) - 8:30AM
  • 10/3/09 - (Episode 4) - 8:30AM
  • 10/10/09 - (Episode 5) - 8:30AM
  • 10/17/09 - (Episode 6) - 8:30AM

And starting October 19, 2009 ''The Super Hero Squad Show'' will begin airing 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday) at 8:30 A.M. to give you your daily dose of the greatest heroes on the planet including Captain America, Silver Surfer, Hulk, Wolverine and Iron Man as they unite to face Doctor Doom and the world's greatest villains.

I saw the Sneak Premiere and I think this show is pretty good. I know it's based of a game for kids but I would have loved to see it with less cartoony art.

Yeah err quick question. The show is running on Cartoon Network, a big competitor with Disney Channel. Now that Disney owns Marvel, how is this going to work out?
