Marvel.com's rampaging through Toy Fair 2008 at the Javits Center in NYC to check out all the exciting new toys, games, action figures and other swag featuring your favorite Marvel heroes and villains. The adventures continue through Wednesday, February 20, but here are some highlights and photos of what we've seen so far!
At Kid Designs, there were whole bunch of different interactive platforms featuring
Spider-Man and the
Hulk designed specifically to help young kids recognize and learn their numbers and letters while they receive encouragement from some of their favorite super heroes. And they had a really cool Spidey-themed guitar.
We stopped by the Brighter Minds Media, LLC booth where we checked out an interactive DVD game staring Marvel heroes and villains, as well as a series of "build your own adventure" books.
Giddy-Up showcased a variety of different and inventive activity books.
At Hasbro, we got a first look at new Marvel Legends, including
Ronin and Electra figures, as well as sneak peaks at the new Hulk Legends series and upcoming
Iron Man and Incredible Hulk lines.
We also checked out the first line of Hasbro's Marvel Mighty Muggs which looked ridiculously cool.
Hasbro also had special displays designated for Spider-Man, Iron Man and the Incredible Hulk movies, where we saw products that ranged from action figures to board games to role-playing accessories.
We'll update this story with new images and info throughout the week and have more robust features on everything we saw in the coming days. Stay tuned!
