Hasbro is the best there is at what they do. And what they've done is make the most stellar toy line to ever feature everyone's favorite X-Man, Logan—the star of "X-Men Origins: Wolverine."

You've seen the trailers and you've seen the sneak peek photos (well, at least you should have by now)—but maybe what you haven't seen are the Canucklehead's plastic pieces of slice-and-dice joy coming from Hasbro Toys.

"We've got action figures that are celebrating the comic history, the movie, the ["Wolverine and the X-Men"] animated series, all living together in a 3 3⁄4 scale," explained Michelle Favaloro, Wolverine brand manager at Hasbro. "What we really are excited about is taking everything that makes Wolverine so cool for all of us as fans—no matter how you learned about him—and bringing them to life."

Though uniquely smaller than some fans may yet be familiar with, these figures are highly detailed artifacts of Logan's on-screen action and, more importantly, his lineage as a Marvel super hero. Naturally, it begins but doesn't end with Logan; there's a multitude of Marvel's most familiar faces featured in the line—a mix of comic and movie versions: Gambit. Sabretooth. The Blob. Deadpool, anyone?

Such a thorough and broad character assortment is a testament to the production process and Hasbro's aim to give you, Marvel fans, exactly what you want.

"We work very closely with Marvel," Favaloro said. "We'll look into the history of the characters and consider things like popularity and we look on fan boards trying to see what characters people have been asking for."

According to Favaloro, the next "Origins" wave that will highlight the designs of Marvel's many comic book titles features none other than two original X-class members. In addition to future waves to be announced at San Diego Comic Con, modern-costumed Cyclops and a translucent Iceman join the über-popular plastic phenom.

"We want to make sure there's something in there for everyone," she added, "from the four-year-old who really just loves the animated series…all the way to the collector who's been reading the comics for years and years, and really likes a bit of everything."

And she ain't kiddin'. Enthusiasts of the Wolverine animated television show, especially, can commence salivation. Among the many new additions to the slew of comprehensive toy lines, Marvel.com proudly scooped exclusive details and images of two figures from the upcoming wave three of "Wolverine and the X-Men" goods.

Two uncommon yet sure-to-be-popular components of X-Men action figure history, Toad and Forge, are among the next characters make their debut in the Logan-centric series.

Of course, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" isn't just any summer blockbuster and Hasbro's multiple toy lines aren't restricted to poseable, playable figures. Perhaps the gem of the collection is the set of wearable Wolverine claws.

"Wolverine is all about his claws—they're so iconic and it's such a part of the character," Favaloro passionately detailed, channeling Weapon X's greatest creation. "What we love about the claws is that they're a way to really feel like you're becoming the character. You can put them on and flick your wrists and out come the claws. You really feel like Wolverine; it's a lot of fun."

Complete with retractable (faux) adamantium and metallic sound effects, these blade-adorned gloves are sure to be wrapped around many moviegoers' wrists when Hugh Jackman once again bears the claws in theaters. And some of those folks include the very horde of individuals responsible for making this unique toy.

"We're counting down over here and very excited for the [film] launch," Favaloro revealed. "We hope that everyone is as excited about the toy line as well."

Be on the look out for new assortments and accessories from Hasbro that celebrate Marvel's most beloved mutant and claw your way to a theater near you to see "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" starting today!
