Universe: Marvel, Iron Man
First Appearance: TALES OF SUSPENSE #39
Real Name: Anthony Stark
Brief Bio: Tony Stark made hi-tech killing machines until he got a taste of his own medicine during a weapons test. Shredded by shrapnel from one of his inventions, he constructed a suit of armor to keep the deadly pieces of metal from piercing his heart. A changed man, Tony has since re-dedicated his life to helping and protecting the world as the Invincible Iron Man, either on his own or alongside the Earth's Mightiest Heroes, the Avengers.
Abilities: Tony Stark possesses a genius-level intellect and is a futurist. His Iron Man armor--in its dozens of incarnations--shields him from harm, allows him to fly and grants him a slew of dangerous combat options, from smart bombs to repulsor blasts.
Play Style: Iron Man can fight you from a distance using his Unibeam and Repulsor Blast or use his incredible air mobility to get in quick and beat you senseless with his speedy normal attacks. While his launcher lacks horizontal distance, it’s fast so don’t be surprised to find yourself airborne and comboed for big damage when the Armored Avenger is on the screen. Couple that with the fact that after an air combo he can Smart Bomb OTG into his Proton Cannon hyper and you have a very real threat on your hands.
Partial Move List: Unibeam, Repulsor Blast, Smart Bomb, Flight, Proton Cannon, Angled Proton Cannon

Universe: Capcom, Street Fighter
First Appearance: "Street Fighter" 1987
Real Name: Ryu
Brief Bio: Raised by the Anatsuken karate master Gouken, the young orphan Ryu grew up entrenched in the martial arts. As he grew, he formed friendships and rivalries with fighters from around the world, most notably his best friend Ken Masters. He defeated Sagat, the King of Muay Thai, in the first World Warrior tournament and has never looked back. Now Ryu travels the globe looking for the strongest fighters of every discipline to push him to his limits. He’s known as the Wandering Warrior and he’s ready to take on all-comers!
Abilities: Ryu is a world-class martial artist and can perform techniques that are nearly impossible for normal humans. He can channel his ki into powerful energy bursts and his Shoryuken and Hurricane Kicks defy the laws of physics.
Play Style: Ryu can throw Hadokens that cause a TON of hit stun and work from there or get right in his opponent’s face, using his amazing martial abilities to combo his enemies into his Shinku Hadoken hyper for awesome damage. Teach enemies to respect your airspace by Shoryuken-ing them when they jump in and work your Hurricane Kicks into his air combos so you can cancel again, into the Shinku Hadoken. The Marvel heroes must defeat Sheng Long if they hope to stand a chance!
Move List: Hadoken, Shoryuken, Tatsumaki Senpukyaku (Hurricane Kick), Jodan Sokuto Geri, Shinku Hadoken, Shinku Tatsumaki Senpukyaku
