Real Name: Max Eisenhardt
Brief Bio: The man known as Magneto discovered his unique metal-bending mutant ability when he was trying to rescue his daughter Anya from a burning building. Distracted by an angry mob he failed and turned his newfound abilities on the group, slaughtering them all. This anger carried over into his super villain career as the leader of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. Magneto doesn’t believe in peaceful coexistence between mutants and humans and believes that homo superior are destined to inherit the earth and he will do what he must to ensure that happens.
Powers: Magneto is very literally the Master of Magnetism, capable of controlling any magnetic force or object. He can bend metal with a thought, erect nearly impenetrable force fields, and at his most dangerous even throw off the balance between the Earth’s magnetic poles.
Play Style: Like Wolverine, Magneto is primarily a rushdown character, specializing in quick normal attacks that lead to big combos. His Electromagnetic Disruptor projectile is incredibly quick, capable of punishing almost any whiffed attack while doing great chip damage as well. His triangle jump is incredibly fast and helps him pressure the opponent mercilessly. His Magnetic Shockwave hyper can OTG and is useful as a DHC but really Magneto is all about the intimidation. You don’t rule for ten years without developing a monstrous reputation.

Universe: Capcom, Ghosts 'n Goblins
First Appearance: "Ghosts 'n Goblins"
Real Name: Sir Arthur
Brief Bio: A shining knight of the realm, Sir Arthur fights for the honor of Princes Prin-Prin. When she is kidnapped by Astaroth and taken to the demon realm so that the evil demon king can finally open a path to the human world, Arthur dons his armor, grabs his lance, arrows, and magic bottles and sets out to save the Princess, doing whatever it takes against overwhelming odds and insurmountable enemies. Nothing will stop him.
Abilities: Arthur is a sword master of the highest degree and a deadeye with archaic ranged weaponry. He also has access to various magic abilities and nearly impenetrable, though fleeting, magical armor.
Play Style: Arthur might be the least mobile fighter in the MvC3 roster. He doesn’t have a dash or an air dash, and his double jump doesn’t really add too much to his game. However, if you play him right you might not need to move much at all. Arthur’s specials all have tons of range, Lance Toss, Fire Bottle Toss, and Ax Toss accompanied by his cross bow shots means he can lay down some serious suppressing fire to lock down enemies. He also has some very meaty sword strikes with surprising range and the Goddess’ Bracelet hyper does tons of damage, lets Arthur move around while firing ultra-fast projectiles, and can be comboed into.
