[quote@libres12 o common chun li can kick her but easyli[/quote] Actually no, she can't. Chun-Li's overall power and moveset is drastically reduced in MvC2 as as opposed to the dominating force she was in MvC. She especially suffers with the removal of her Shichisei Senkuu Kyaku super.Psylocke's major weakness is the severe reduction in strength to her Psi-Maelstrom super, which is a shadow of its former self. However, her Kochou Gakure more than replaces it as a combo finisher. Her moveset and and speed are still her greatest assets and her combo potential is rivaled by few.Psylocke wins. Hands down.

I've got one word for this match-up... Actually, the first word is SEXY. But the NEXT word is: PSIBLADE.Both of these characters have a lot going for them, but I agree with Malstorm: Psylocke vs. Cammy would have been a better matchup. They're more compatible fighters. I think Psylocke is matched up with Chun Li here because they both have the ability to triple-jump. But that--- and both being incredibly sexy Asians--- is about all they have in common.Chun Li is a classic character of course; unfortunately, she was watered down for the game. She still has her Spinning Bird Kick, but she doesn't have her Whirlwind Kick (which I can't understand because you'd probably be able to combo INCREDIBLY using that!). Nevertheless, her legs are still her most powerful weapons, and her mid-air stomp is still effective, especially for escaping trouble. Not only that, but she has an air dash, which opens up many options. Her best move is probably her Hyper Fireball; it surrounds her (and all her teammates, in case of a THC) in an impenetrable force field that stops even the Juggernaut's Head Crush. And by mashing like crazy, extra hits can be added to it.Now... let's talk about that ninja chick. Psiblade might be THE fastest attack on the game. It hits HARD, it hits FAST, and it can hit EXTRA if you press either of these sequences: LP, LP, HP or HP, LP, LP. The first hits low and lifts the opponent up (and yes, it can OTG) and the second goes high and carries the opponent across the air. To put it plainly, Chun Li--- heck, the majority of the characters on the game--- have no answer for that. Only Magneto, Jill, and Cammy, who each have auto-counter attacks.By the way... it's cancellable when used in midair. Here's another fun thing about Psylocke: her fireball isn't a fireball. It's a psionic blast. What's the big deal? It passes THROUGH stuff. So even if it meets certain projectiles at midscreen (such as the fire attack from Abyss's second stage), it will bypass them and hit the opponent. Luckily, Psylocke is fast enough that she can avoid the fireball and follow-up attack. (This also makes her assist EXTREMELY helpful.)Which brings me to my next point... she can teleport. And it's unpredictable because she shows up in four places at once. As if she wasn't already fast enough...Bottom line, Psylocke has more than enough skills to take on the watered-down Chun Li with psiblade alone. Personally, I'd much rather them make friendly-like, but we can't always have what we want in life.Psylocke for the win, 8.5-out-of-10.
