With the release of "Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds" on February 15 just a little more than a month away, we've got another spectacular piece of art inspired by the epic 3-on-3 fighting game!

Check out artist Jay Anacelato's stunning work featuring many of the characters from the game! Our friends over at Capcom Unity also spoke with Anacelato to get his thoughts on the piece and the game that inspired it, and we're pleased to run the interview below for your reading pleasure!

Remember to check back with Marvel.com in the coming weeks for even more character reveals, videos, art and more as we build up to the game's release for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on February 15!

Jay Anacleto is a Filipino artist best known for his lushly detailed imagery on such critically acclaimed titles as Aria, @thena Inc. and MARVELS: EYE OF THE CAMERA. Prior to his life as an illustrator, Jay led a promising career as a dentist…a vocation that quickly gave way to a lifelong passion for art.  Jay stormed onto the scene and won the prestigious Russ Manning Promising Newcomer nod at the 1999 Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards. In the years since he has amassed a rich tapestry of work spanning from Vampirella to Spawn: Godslayer.  His style is widely sought and his powerful images have graced countless covers, most recently in THOR: FIRST THUNDER.

Capcom Unity: Which characters did you enjoy drawing the most?

Jay Anacelato: I really enjoyed drawing Thor and X-23.

Capcom Unity: Which characters were you drawing for the first time? Which were the most difficult to draw?

Jay Anacelato: Almost all of the Capcom characters I’m drawing for the first time. [I had difficulty with] Zero and Tron Bonne--I had some trouble translating their Manga look.

Capcom Unity: If you could steal one MVC3 character’s powers/abilities, whose would it be?

Jay Anacelato: Ryu’s Hadoken…I would totally clean up in the UFC.

Capcom Unity: What are you working on now?

Jay Anacelato: Working on a large format graphic novel called Between Worlds with Brian Haberlin and Skip Brittenham. Leave two kids alone and they’ll get into all sorts of adventure/trouble--especially if there’s a mystery forest in the area.

Capcom Unity: Do you play any video games? If so, what are your favorites?

Jay Anacelato: Right now I’m in the middle of "God of War III." Other than that, I’m also addicted to Angry Birds on my iPad. Can’t put it down…must punish those…thieving…pigs.

Capcom Unity: Who do you have your money on in a fight: Dante or Deadpool?

Jay Anacelato: Deadpool’s my guy.

Capcom Unity: Anything to say to aspiring artists?

Jay Anacelato: Even though most of us are initially inspired by the works of other artists, try working on your own style, and of course, keep on practicing.
