In the alternate reality known as MC2, Fabian LeMuerto was known as the Black Tarantua, LeMuerto was based in South America and the leader of an international crime cartel, which has been passed down from father to son for over a hundred years. LeMuerto covertly assisted Spider-Girl (May Parker), advance her crime-fighting career, as he secretly strengthened his grip on New York's criminal network. LeMuerto seen May as the perfect mate, in which he could continue his unique bloodline. LeMuerto somehow convinced the Brotherhood of Scriers to leave May alone, shortly after that he married Brenda Drago (Raptor). Their ceremony was held in the Midtown Medical Center, where Brenda was recuperating from her battle with the Hobgoblin (Roderick Kingsley). LeMuerto later order his loyal henchman Chesbro,to alert Spider-Girl that the invisible assassin Deadspot had been ordered to kill her.
