Earth-3010 is an alternate reality where the USA removed all alienable rights and liberties of its people, creating a fascist state enforced by Captain America (later General America), SHIELD, and giant robotic Sentinels. General America's most notable adversary was the charismatic and talkative Lady Deadpool. The resilient Lady Deadpool had been rescued twice by Deadpool (Wade Wilson, Earth-616) while in battle with General America. During their first encounter Deadpool threw the zombiefied decapitated head of Deadpool (Earth-2149) at General America, which ended with the General being bit on the right arm and Deadpool (Earth-616), cutting off his arm and took with him through the dimensional portal to prevent the zombie virus from spreading through the Generals body and infecting the other inhabitants of that reality. The General would eventually be given an adamantium arm by an unnamed agency.
