Collapsar was one of several agents placed on the planet of Eopia, by Mys-Tech to ferment and kindle war. He was one of their most powerful emissaries. He was a mutant that possessed the potency of a supernova. The plan was to utilize him and other covert agents to drive Eopia into Thermal-Nuclear War. Thus providing Mys-Tech with the souls needed to pay off their debt to Mephisto. It was revealed to the Dark Guard, by Superconductor that the Time Guardian intended for them to kill Collapsar.
