As a member of the Inhuman race Foxbat possessed superhuman strength, reflexes and durability.

Abilities
Foxbat had the power of flight due to his large leathery bat like wings. He also possessed very sharp talons, which he used effectively in battle.

He was thought to be a mutant (Cable #17 1994); Foxbat was drained of his life-essence by Lifeforce (Cable #19 1995).

Foxbat was among the Inhumans that were enslaved by Apocalypse, when he conquered the city of Attilan located on Earth's Moon. Foxbat possessed large leather like bat wings, and very sharp talons. He was chosen by Apocalypse to be a member of the Riders of the Storm army. They later came to be known as the Dark Riders. When the Dark Riders fell under the command of Genesis, Foxbat's life-essence was drained from his body by the Dark Rider known as Lifeforce.
