Hate-Monger (unrevealed)

Hate-Monger is a racist terrorist that patrolled the border of America and Mexico terrorizing cities. He commanded an organization called National Force. Hate-Monger recruited the Punisher whom he thought was another racist. In reality Frank Castle joined to punish him for wearing a uniform resembling Captain America’s. After Frank's identity was revealed he dressed up in an altered Captain America uniform and started to kill Hate- Monger's men. Overwhelmed, National Force captured Frank and tied him up. Hate-Monger started to preach about his beliefs until a sniper started to pick off his men. The sniper turned out to be G.W. Bridge who sparked the racist's rage. Hearing that his base was under attack he retreated back to H.Q. and was confronted by Frank Castle. The two fought until an explosion knocked him down. He was then killed by the Punisher and had his uniform cut off.
