Significant Issues
Headshop liberated Banner from the government installation he was imprisoned and watched as the Hulk took the blame for a world wide threat (Incredible Hulk #437-440, 1996)

Headgear may be the youngest member of the Headshop, but that doesn't mean he's the least valuable. What he lacks in power, Headgear makes up for in intelligence. Completely comfortable with all types of technology, Headgear was able to bypass any security measures on the prison door holding the Hulk captive and set him free. Headgear was also the first individual inside the base to tangle with any soldiers who offered resistance. Even though he was following the rest of his team's wishes to take revenge on the Leader for duping them into having their heads chopped off and fitted onto android bodies, Headgear appears to enjoy his current situation and the abilities his new body affords him.

Note: Since these events, the Leader has been returned to life, so it remains to be seen if the Headshop will renew their plans of vengeance.
