Significant Issues
Jackdaw used robot to fight Hulk, destroyed by Hulk (Incredible Hulk #275, 1982)

The army designed the Megalith robot to capture the Hulk, but decided against using the robot due to the physical link between the wearer of the Symbio-Band and the robot and stored in the Antechamber Gamma Ray Research Lab of Gamma Base. When the freelance spy Jackdaw was hired to bring various secrets of Gamma base to him, she happened across the Megalith robot she could not resist using it when she found out that the Hulk was also at the base. Jackdaw donned the Symbio-Headset and Symbio-Band and began to battle the Hulk. The Hulk was able to destroy the robot and the destruction severed the link between it and Jackdaw. It is unknown if the army decided to repair or rebuild the Megalith robot.
