Little is known about Mesmero from Earth-127, except that she was a member of the Brotherhood of Mutants who was led by Magneto. In an attempt to make Magneto more powerful the members of the Brotherhood tried to transfer Wolverine's adamantium skeleton into her body. However something went terribly wrong and Quicksilver, Scarlet Warlock, Wolverine, Magneto, and Mesmero fused together and became Brother Mutant. Sensing that Brother Mutant was a threat to that reality the Timebroker's sent Wolverine's from various realities to stop Brother Mutant. However thanks to Mesmero's powers Brother Mutant was able to hypnotize hundreds of Wolverines into doing his bidding. The Timebrokers then sent the Exiles to deal with Brother Mutant. During the mission Brother Mutant was seemingly destroyed, along with Mesmero.
