Garrison was born in a small Jewish family. When Garrison was young, he stabbed his mother. He was left to care for his brother. Soon after, his brother developed his telepathic powers. He took his powers to an advantage and started a drug-dealing business. He abused Francis's powers. Garrison tried to rape the Black Cay (Felicia Hardy). Francis tried to save her and teleported inside of Garrison. Felicia was arrested for the murder of Garrison.
