Ancient One
The profile states that Doctor Strange became the Sorcerer Supreme while the Ancient One was still alive; this is what an earlier series of the Official Handbook claims, but the original story in MARVEL PREMIERE contradicts it.
The entry should have stated that Ancient One and Baron Mordo knew that Stephen Strange was destined to succeed the Ancient One as Sorcerer Supreme instead of saying they were "unclear" about it.
Cypher
His height is incorrectly listed as 6'9". It should be 5'9".
His Group Affiliations should include "X-Men (New Mutant Graduate team)"…Thanks to Hervé Cousin for highlighting this omission.
Gwen Stacy
Gwendolyn Stacy should be spelled Gwendolyne Stacy as per the OHotMUDE and OFFICIAL MARVEL INDEX TO THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN, though both spellings have been in print. MARVEL INDEX discusses the misspellings, and makes Gwendolyne the official correct spelling.
Kraven
Identity should be listed as "No dual identity".
Height should be listed as 6’
Weight should be listed as 235lbs
Magik (Illyana Rasputin)
Her Group Affiliations should include "X-Men (New Mutant Graduate team)"…Thanks to Hervé Cousin for highlighting this omission.

Moira MacTaggert
Her name was incorrectly listed and spelt thought the entry as "Moira MacTaggart". It should have been spelt "Moira MacTaggert". While her name has been spelt as "MacTaggart" in numerous issues, MacTaggert is both the first and most common spelling, and therefore is the correct spelling of her name.
Omega the Unknown
Omega inadvertently lost one of his "n"s to become Omega the Unkown in the profile's title.
Phoenix
The following should have been added to Known Relatives: Charles, Eleanor, Malkin, lady Grey (ancestors)
Bibliography
Captain George Stacy is incorrectly listed as “Gwen Stacy”.
Gwen Stacy’s bibliography was omitted due to space limitations, but you can see it in the SPIDER-MAN 2004 Handbook.
