Peng Lai Island is one of the legendary Seven Capital Cities of Heaven and also the birthplace of Fat Cobra. Once every eighty-eight years, Peng Lai Island will merge with the other cities to form the Heart of Heaven where the great tournament between all of their immortal weapons takes place. During the last tournament, Fat Cobra had to unite with Iron Fist and the other champions to stop the forces of Hydra from destroying Seven Capital Cities of Heaven.
