The Prime Movers of Tarkus (A.K.A. Ringshippers) are comprised of members of the Pegasusian race. They were employed by the enigmatic Beyonders to deliver Counter-Earth to their dimension. They did manage this mission and Counter-Earth was placed in a cosmic museum belonging to the Beyonders. This brought the Prime Movers into conflict with the High Evolutionary and the protector of Counter-Earth Adam Warlock. The Prime Movers were led Sphinxor his current whereabouts are unknown.
