The Streamsword draws upon the Old Power and is an ancient weapon which has laid waste to vast armies. When Hiro-Kala waged war on the inhabitants of Giausar, the ruler of one of their city-states challenged him to a duel – the loser would submit to his better. Knowing what a formidable weapon the Streamsword was, Diemoas, chose it for himself. What he couldn’t know is Hiro-Kala used the same energies that made the sword so unbeatable. Hiro-Kala quickly defeated Diemoas and gained possession of the Streamsword, enabling him to bring the walls of City Fractas crumbling to the ground.
