There is speculation that it is possible that the original Arabian Knight may have survived his fall and is still operational - this has been commented on by unknown middle eastern government officials, that were interested in the activities of Wakanda, and had sent an operative, as their own version of this hero, to confront the Black Panther (seen in Black panther #15). It remains to be seen if the original will again appear or if the recently seen new incarnation of this hero is the new Arabian Knight.
