Why has this storyline never been released in trade paperback format, or hardcover, or anything for that matter. This storyline was probably the one annual based story tie-in that was pretty good. There were some weak chapters (the Daredevil one stands out), but overall it's pretty good. Plus there's a back-up story drawn by Mark Bagley.
